We deliver to all five NYC boroughs — Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island — and to Northern New Jersey including Jersey City, Newark, Paterson, Elizabeth, Hudson County, and Bergen County. We supply halal stores, restaurants, butcher shops, and markets across NYC & NJ.
Three categories: whole lamb carcasses (45–55 lb each, Shenandoah Valley, VA), whole beef sides and quarters (200–300 lb each, grass-fed from Lancaster County, PA), and cases of whole chicken (30–40 free-range birds per case, PA Dutch country).
Yes — wholesale only. Our customers are halal markets, restaurants, butcher shops, and food service operators. We do not sell single cuts or retail quantities to consumers. Minimum order is 5 lamb carcasses, 1 whole beef side, or 1 case of chicken.
Refrigerated trucks leave our partner farms before dawn. Meat arrives at your store the same day or next morning at 36°F throughout transit. Chicken is packed the morning of delivery — never frozen, never injected.
Monday through Saturday, 9 AM – 8 PM. We're closed Sundays — same as our partner farms. Place weekend orders by 6 PM Saturday for first-thing-Monday drop-off.
